We work to develop solutions and build a field of talented multidisciplinary leaders through fellowships, design-thinking and networking workshops, convenings, and coalition-building efforts across sectors.\r\n\r\nRecent work includes establishing a national commission of leaders who support the development of cross-sector ecosystems in local and regional communities. These ecosystems include schools, afterschool programs, libraries, early learning networks, models offering youth pathways within and after high school, and more.
