And yet, most state and local leaders don\u2019t track how many evictions are happening in their community, where they occur, and who is impacted. Without comprehensive and reliable data, decision-makers can\u2019t design or implement effective policies that keep families stably housed.\r\n\r\nNew America\u2019s Eviction Data Response Network (EDRN) is a bold initiative to change that reality. In 2024 to 2025, New America led a cohort of 9 city, county, and state EDRN partners to build detailed line of sight into evictions in their communities.
