Books. Films. Photo essays. Longform storytelling. Policy projects. Work that gets to broad audiences and changes the way we think. Voices that represent the diverse backgrounds and ideologies of the American community.<\/p>\r\n<p data-block-key=\"fi0hf\">New America fellows are selected on a highly competitive basis and serve\u2014most on an adjunct basis, some full-time\u2014for a one-year term. Among other projects, our fellowship has supported and enabled the publication of more than 150 books, including nearly 80 by first-time authors.
